We sign lease agreements with owners and apartment buildings, typically for 12 months or more, with the ability to sublet. Because we can start a listing at any time, we are able to be flexible with lease start and end dates. This helps owners make sure their property has a renter in it, and they don’t lose money due to vacancy. Depending on the property, we can sometimes even offer to pay higher rent, helping owners earn more as well.
